Blancpain GT Endurance – unfinished business starts next weekend in Monza!

After winning the Blancpain GT Sport Club last year, it was time to move back to Blancpain GT Endurance ! Our official test days took place a month ago at Paul Ricard, in the South of France. No less than 47 cars showed up, two missing due to Sebring ! The competition will be tough, very tough. 22 cars were within the first second ! The fasted and slowest car were separated by only 2.3 seconds! This is endurance, so we will be three drivers with a fourth joining us for the 24 hours of Spa.

The official grid will have 49 cars with 10 different makes at Monza next weekend. The show starts on Friday at 13:50 with free practice.
There is live TV coverage (at least on Youtube and most probably Eurosports) during the following times:
Sunday @ 9:40 to 10.40: qualifying
Sunday @ 14:33 to 18:05: race (the race starts at 15:00)

For those that followed me on Youtube last year, it was easy. We only had 23 cars on the grid and I was usual in the leading group. You can imagine that following 49 cars is not easy, especially if you are in the later part of the group with you peers.

My go-driver, Marc Rostan, and my race engineer this year, Francesco Pon, former Ferrari Driver Academy Technical Director! Within one afternoon we went 1.5 seconds faster due to one simply change on the car!
